The Perfect Fourth of July Indian Recipe

Ingredients
For Your Grilled Paneer Skewers
- 500 grams Paneer (cut into small cubes)
- 2 Capsicum (cut into small cubes)
- 2 TBSP Hung curd
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 TBSP Mustard oil (use this for grilling)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Achari Masala
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- ¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds
- ½ tsp Nigella seeds
- ¼ tsp Carom seeds
- 3 or 4 Whole red chilies
- 2 tsp Dry mango powder

Roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, carom seeds.

Dry the chilies until they are fragrant or a darker color.

Use a blender to blend the seeds, chilies, and mango powder to make a thicker powder.

Add Achari Masala, hung curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, lemon juice,mustard oil, and red chili powder. Mix well.

Coat the paneer in the marinade you just created.

Cover the bowl and set aside for at least 1 hour.

Stick the paneer and capsicum pieces on wooden skewers to prepare for grilling.

Heat a grill or pan and apply oil to the pan.

Grill the paneer skewers on both sides until browned.

Serve immediately with mint yogurt dip.
